Untrained staff and generally poor customer service. The sales team needs to be trained by management to respond to and accurately answer customer questions. It is insulting to have dealt with 5-6 different sales team needs to be trained by management to respond to and accurately answer customer questions. It is insulting to have dealt with 5-6 different people on one transaction because none of the information was consistent to include the internet quote! Customers should not be made to feel as though the dealer kickbacks are more important than the money the customer is spending!. Added to which we were lied to about the status of our second car key ( which we now have to drive 100 miles round too return for). This is a business not daycare. Geez. First the key was being retrieved then it was ‘damaged’ and then we were told it was lost. How do you sell a new vehicle and lose the car key and lie to the customer about it? We had to call 6 times to get a response about the missing key. Does the lemon law apply to staff? Seriously. Unprofessional. Josh was the trainee with the most helpful attitude and kind disposition. The rest? Perhaps they should look for employment in places that don’t require them to make actual decisions when people are spending $18,000+. This was our second time here since 2017 and this experience was terrible. I will be writing to Mitsubishi corporate office to file a complaint. This was simply, unacceptable. More

Therefor the bottom ratings; customer service, friendly, quality, price does not state which party I am rating. I rate the dealership and the purchase experience and follow up as horrible but rate the service/maintenance department as excellent. Please fix survey to be more area specific. Our Salesman ROB was excellent, courteous,very respectful and helpful with our sale. Marie was very polite and she understood the issue i was having and was able to get it corrected also had a nice set of factory fog lights installed on my mirage G4..
