The customer service could be better. The lady working in the service dept is very rude. She doesn't even acknowledge that customers a siting come first. Everytime I'm there she always takes a customer call the service dept is very rude. She doesn't even acknowledge that customers a siting come first. Everytime I'm there she always takes a customer call in the middle of waiting on me. She doesn't say excuse or apologize for the wait or interrupt ion of a callers. This is such a great car dealership. I had the honor of working with Pablo Padilla, and he helped me out so much, from the time I was looking at the car to driving the car home.
