Trey was excellent and very helpful! The “manager” Mario almost caused me to walk out and not purchase a vehicle. I requested the initial price I was quoted but due to an error it ended up being $120 more almost caused me to walk out and not purchase a vehicle. My salesman went to ask Mario and the reaction that I could see through the window was very disrespectful. James Anthony was very helpful. He was flexible, willing to help when I switched the model year and car I was looking at, and appeared to do everything he could to help. The people who prepared the car, however, failed to clean up a soda splash, put the mats in the hooks, or fill the car with gas. The process was slow, and I think that is normal. But I think it should be a goal of dealerships to streamline things as much as possible. Especially the process of signing the boilerplate stuff. And the explanations of options, add ons, etc. They could give the customer a booklet of all the little "initial here to accept x" and clauses to read and consider while they wait for people to find the car, prepare the car, talk to re manager about price, etc. More
