The moment i walked in Jenkins Mitsubishi i was greeted warmly by Haylee my experience with her was positive. My experience went from positive to negative the moment i start talking with the manager Jose warmly by Haylee my experience with her was positive. My experience went from positive to negative the moment i start talking with the manager Jose Dean who was very rude and disrespectful to me all because i gave him papers showing i was a disabled veteran and served active duty to get a military discount and he told me in a angry tone that i will not get that $500 military discount. I ask him why is he so angry and talking so loudly when i was very soft spoken to him, he (Jose Dean) then continued to belittle me and talking to me in condescending manner with no regard of whosoever was around i felt embarrassed and ask him to stop talking to me so disrespectful and i ask for an apology which he (Jose Dean) refused to give and then close the folder and said I should go to another dealer to try and get a military discount with the papers i had and he (Jose Dean) got up from the desk and walked away… That moment i was in shock and in disbelief, Haylee came back and apologized to me for what she heard and acknowledged it was not right for a customer to be talked to that way. I told her I didn’t drive all this way from Ft. Lauderdale to be disrespected and i was considering to leave and thats when a very nice guy came over and introduced himself as internet sales manager Trey and then immediately apologize to me. I then accept and continue to buy the vehicle and went to finance. I want to recognize Haylee for her warm and professional personality and to Tray for being a great person to give me dignity and respect and thank me for my service both Haley thanked me also for my service and apologized to me again for the rude comments and attitude i got from Jose Dean. In closing a would have given Jenkins a five star but i could not due to the experience i had but the other two employees are awesome good job Trey and Heylee you both know how to treat the customers with respect and i thank you for your warm hospitality. More
