My first contact with Jenkins Mitsubishi was via the Internet, when I sent them a message from my New York summer home telling them that I wanted to buy two new Mitsubishis when I returned to my Florida Internet, when I sent them a message from my New York summer home telling them that I wanted to buy two new Mitsubishis when I returned to my Florida winter home, one for me to replace my former 2017 Ford Transit Connect Passenger van and another additional vehicle for my disabled partner to drive while we are here in Florida, since we left his 2017 Ford Fusion in storage in New York for the winter.. From the get-go, dealing with this dealership and the staff members I encountered was the most positive car buying experience I have had since I moved to Florida in 1986. I am very satisfied with my two new Outlanders and very pleased with the people and facilities at Jenkins Mitsubishi. The salesperson, Julian Acosta, was very attentive and responsive to my needs and desires. I am a former owner of several Mitsubishi vehicles (2 Mirages, a Diamante VR-X, and an Endeavor, all purchased at Cannon Mitsubishi in Lakeland, which is now out of business), so I know that these Outlanders are quality built, coming from Japan, and with an impressive warranty, in my view the best in the industry. And to top it off, the price point for the new Outlander makes it an incredible value, especially with some maintenance included in the deal. I know that the platform upon which the Outlander is built is shared with the Nissan Rogue, but this Outlander is executed much better than the Rogue I rented last year in New York state. The ride is smoother, the handling crisper, the interior appointments vastly better, and the Yamaha sound system in the Outlander is phenomenal. I will definitely recommend the Mitsubishi product and Jenkins Mitsubishi to my friends and acquaintances. More
