Service Advisors have lack of knowledge on service maintenances and have bad communication with their clients. The Service manager’s presence is not noted or seen in situations the services advisors a maintenances and have bad communication with their clients. The Service manager’s presence is not noted or seen in situations the services advisors are unable to handle and their clients have to pay the consequences. Sadly, lack of team work and communication in the services department will keep away clients from this dealership. More

Joshua Miranda was our salesperson and he was so kind and provided us with excellent service!! He was very knowledgeable and really worked hard with us so we could buy the car. He was there until the last mi provided us with excellent service!! He was very knowledgeable and really worked hard with us so we could buy the car. He was there until the last minute that we pulled out of the dealership with a brand new car. The financing process was quick and easy. The manager worked along with Joshua and us to make us the deal that we wanted. Overall we were very very pleased with the service and the whole experience at Jenkins Mitsubishi.
