To make my Outlander the perfect SUV I needed roof rails and crossbars for my kayaks. They promised to order and install with my deal. And within days they had them ready. A wonderful experiene. And Wow! They had me a superior deal before I even walked through the door! Upfront pricing online and cheaper than the other dealership. And it was the upgraded trim ! What a delightful surprise to get solid numbers better than the other dealer and all online and txt. Trey and Tara on their internet sales team were responsive, honest, and nailed EXACTLY what I wanted. It was in stock and the Outlander was fueled up and detailed when I arrived at the dealership. NO bait/switch here. It was a delightful experience. When I arrived at the dealership Josh the sales rep took over. Again no high-pressure sales here. He just simply set the car up and answered any questions I had. More like a fancy hotel concierge than a pushy sales guy. Then the worst part... the finance guy at the end. Worst? Nope! Dominic actually worked on finding me a better deal from the bank while I was taking my test drive. I showed up in his office and my monthly payment went from $435 down to $429. Who does that?! We'll, apparently these guys! I drove a few minutes further from my house but this dealership is worth the trip! Enjoy the ride! More
