Had water in my tail light. Said you have to pay the inspection fee. I said fine . But do you have the part . He says I’m sure we have the part. I leave the car and inspection says I need a taillight. No xxxx . We don’t have the part it will be 2 days. I said I don’t have 2 days. Well that will be $190 . Totally ripped off . Not happy. Also they wanted $1164 for the light the inspection and the install???? Are you kidding. I ordered the light from Nissan OEM PART. Arrived at my house in 2 days. Z shop in Orlando installed for $149 . Not happy!!! More

I don't think anyone ever feels comfortable about taking their car in for unscheduled service. It's scary and out of my control. Robin Rockey with Jenkins service was fantastic.
