Double Booked! Had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They said that they double booked. Normally I dont have any problems however, the wait was three hours for a tire to be fixed. A service agent csme into the lobby at 1115 AM and said in a very loud rude voice that they had over booked for o three hours for a tire to be fixed. Team was easy to work with. I appreciated the sales and finance people and their easy going, no pressure approach. I took my car in for a oil change to bring it home with a oil leak. My husband jacked it up to found out that they forgot to tighten the drain plug.. I found out that other people on my job have had the same oil leak. My husband jacked it up to found out that they forgot to tighten the drain plug.. I found out that other people on my job have had the same problem with this dealership. I guess you get what you pay for when you only pay $6.00. My car is paid for so the service salesman said when are you getting the new 2020 I said never so maybe this was done on purpose so i would come back to purchase a new car. I'll never buy a Nissan again I had to many problems with this 2013. More

Usually I have outstanding service, this time I went in about a grinding of my brakes. 2 hours later I was told it was brake dust. 2 days later my brother had to replace not only my rear brake pads but al about a grinding of my brakes. 2 hours later I was told it was brake dust. 2 days later my brother had to replace not only my rear brake pads but also my rotors because the pads were down to metal. This was potentially dangerous since I am preparing to pull a trailer out of town. More
