However, if people would take the time to voice their concerns or their issues directly to the manager responsible...and communicate together...things may have a way of turning around. As a matter of fact, the first car he presented to her is the one she ended up purchasing. This was after hours and hours of missed cues, runaround and stalling (give and take, back and forth) from other Central Florida dealerships. They were not listening to the customer. My mother had told Al her budget and her preferences, and that's what he presented and she considered. In and out and HAPPY in less than two hours.
