I’ve always had great things to say about Nissan Jenkins’ service department — even after a frustrating experience with the sales department nearly four weeks ago. However, my most recent interaction has left me very disappointed. I called to schedule a service appointment for my brand new vehicle, which I’ve owned for less than a month. While I understand my schedule may be a bit challenging, I still expect to be treated with respect and professionalism — especially given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the young woman I spoke to over the phone was noticeably rude and unprofessional. What made the situation worse was hearing her take the Lord’s name in vain during our conversation. Whether intentional or not, that kind of language — especially when speaking to a customer — is completely inappropriate. In a community like Lakeland, where many of us are Christians, this is not only offensive but also a poor reflection on the dealership as a whole. I hope this message is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for improvement. Customers deserve better. More

Went in needed a battery replacement. I asked questions about different things and was told I needed to get a second job to afford price. Service department lacks a lot of customer service. Then they supposedly fixed my car but only made the issue worse. I had to take my car back to the dealership I purchased from which is an hour from h Then they supposedly fixed my car but only made the issue worse. I had to take my car back to the dealership I purchased from which is an hour from home to be told the balance on my tires was still completely off. So Jenkins had my car for an entire day and basically just made it worse. I've never had the best of experiences here even for just oil changes, but this one made me decide I won't be back. More
