I brought the car for oil changes, and I had to wait for 2½ hours. Oil changes usually takes 15-20 minutes. An hour is still passable, but 2½ hours. Judge for yourself if the waiting time is justified. More

I will never use this dealer again for service. 4 hours for an oil change and transmission flush. Was told 2 hours max. I arrived at 11:15 but car didn’t even go on rack until after 1:00. At 1:40 I More
