I am a returning customer and have to say I am not thrilled with the service dept or management! When I needed a new battery installation the battery was connected on dirty cables and when I pointed i thrilled with the service dept or management! When I needed a new battery installation the battery was connected on dirty cables and when I pointed it out to the manager he was rude and would not clean it. My next service was when my engine light came on. I had to wait two weeks for appointment but in the meantime the light went off so all I had done was oil change and was told bring it back if it comes on. A week later it came on. So I called for appointment. Again, I would have to wait 2 weeks! I was not happy with that because I told the appointment lady something could happen bad so I asked if I could just drop it off till they could get to it. Rudely she says to me by appointment only!! I just hung up on her. Needless to say I won’t be back there to get mistreated!! More
My service advisor Malaki is amazing. I will return back because of him/his service. He kept me updated on the vehicle during servicing and was even able to schedule me for my recall the I will return back because of him/his service. I recently moved from the Tampa area and came to Jenkins Nissan for the first time for service. I was in awe by how friendly everyone was. My service advisor, Naca Rivera was sure to keep me informed of the Nissan for the first time for service. I was in awe by how friendly everyone was. Had routine oil change. Mechanic did not reset the engine maintenance warning system. My wife left for a 2000 mile trip the next day.
