Doug was very quick, polite and attentive. He made sure we weren’t there waiting for hours. Started poorly with no greeting and got progressively worse as the intake process was extremely frustrating. I have a service warranty and she didn’t want to take my coupon, she explained how she has “do worse as the intake process was extremely frustrating. I had a 9am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and it still 3 hours hours. She never made recommendations or suggestions about the vehicle. Finally she handed me off to the checkout process without a “thank you” or good bye. More
