I recently moved from the Tampa area and came to Jenkins Nissan for the first time for service. I was in awe by how friendly everyone was. Had routine oil change. Mechanic did not reset the engine maintenance warning system. My wife left for a 2000 mile trip the next day. Warning light came on saying oil and Mechanic did not reset the engine maintenance warning system. My wife left for a 2000 mile trip the next day. Warning light came on saying oil and filter needed changed. That’s scary for a woman traveling alone on a long trip. I am not happy about the Jenkins experience!! More

The Service was good, just I didn't realize it would take over 2 hours to complete my appointment made oil change. Also I did not realize that oil hand prints would be left on my door handle, inside door, st over 2 hours to complete my appointment made oil change. Also I did not realize that oil hand prints would be left on my door handle, inside door, steering wheel, and shifter. I ended up going inside to ask for paper towels to wipe it all down. More

Your dealership is slipping lately. There was a time when Nissan employees would come out and take your vehicle information and start the ball rolling. Not this time around. I was also told a multi point inspection would take place. I never received a copy of that as I did in past visits. More
