I came in for service due to my air conditioning going out which was previously repaired in August of 2021. Robin politely took my car in as a walk-in. While checking my air conditioning my car was runni out which was previously repaired in August of 2021. Robin politely took my car in as a walk-in. While checking my air conditioning my car was running burning gas. They then returned my car with the same problem and told me to come back Tuesday. How do you send a customer away in 85 degree weather in Florida to wait to get air conditioning service in Florida. Robin had no empathy nor sympathy for this situation. She did advise of no loaner cars available but her level of understanding and compassion was at a ZERO. She did not try to see if something else could be done or reach out to someone who can accommodate. All the time wasted gas burned and she could care less if I had air in my car for the ENTIRE weekend. NO empathy of sympathy, How would she feel if someone did her like that. If you dont like dealing with customers get out the business. I would have understood if she explained things from the beginning of the process. And a good service adviser would have told me to come in on the earliest day I can have something done but she okay'ed Tuesday and didnt mention Monday until I came back to complain again about my air. More

Doug was very quick, polite and attentive. He made sure we weren’t there waiting for hours. Started poorly with no greeting and got progressively worse as the intake process was extremely frustrating. I have a service warranty and she didn’t want to take my coupon, she explained how she has “do worse as the intake process was extremely frustrating. I have a service warranty and she didn’t want to take my coupon, she explained how she has “done this job for 22 years” and that was supposed to somehow explain my question. I had a 9am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and it still 3 hours hours. She never made recommendations or suggestions about the vehicle. Finally she handed me off to the checkout process without a “thank you” or good bye. More
