Made appointment for 11 am oil change, the lobby was unusually empty. Still took 1.5 hours and then when paying my $6 oil change was $9, I asked the lady why and she said that my Titan takes more oil. F unusually empty. Funny that the previous 6 years it didn't need the extra oil and it was $6. Ever since they went to appointments it always takes 1.5 to 2 hours, used to drop in and be out the door in less then 45 minutes. More
