Terrible. Will never come back. Had an appointment at 9am for just a visual inspection. Nothing is wrong with the car. Rotate and balance was all it needed. Sat there until 1pm and they still didn’t complete for just a visual inspection. Nothing is wrong with the car. Rotate and balance was all it needed. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Picked up the car and tires were not rotated even though I was charged. Paperwork filled out by technician stated tires were rotated and oil change. I made an appointment online for an oil change and for some warranty work. We arrived at the dealership on time and were told it would be a 2.5 hour wait until my vehicle would be done. This service dep some warranty work. We arrived at the dealership on time and were told it would be a 2.5 hour wait until my vehicle would be done. This service department obviously doesn't have a clue as to how to schedule maintenance. This was after a wait of an hour and a half last year when we left because they hadn't even put my vehicle on the rack! They completed the work in less than two hours. There were several items on the Multi-Point Inspection marked as low with no indication if they added fluid. The technician was not available for a consultation after the oil change so I will need to call them to find out what needs to be done. More
