Jenkins Nissan - Service Center

I had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change & new wiper blades. When I went out to check on my car, it was parked out front. This means it was completed. I went back inside for about 5 minutes then went out to Tammy’s desk again. When she saw me, she said she was going to see what was taking so long. I pointed to my paperwork, and she said they must have just put it there. I told her it had been there, but she denied it. More

Made an appointment for a oil change for 9:00am. Arrived in time for appt. Car not ready until 10:40. When I asked the service manager why it was taking so long if I had an appointment I was told “this is a in time for appt. Car not ready until 10:40. (By the way I pay for a full synthetic which is approx $65.00) I was also told also that with an appointment I can count on being there between 1 1/2 - 3 hours. He was very rude when speaking to him. I will not pay for another service at this dealer! More
