I specifically requested, in writing, that the right rear window be adjusted because of the wind noise coming around it when I'm driving on I-4 and I-75. 90 plus % of my driving on the inner state. Terrible. Will never come back. Had an appointment at 9am for just a visual inspection. Nothing is wrong with the car. Rotate and balance was all it needed. Sat there until 1pm and they still didn’t complete for just a visual inspection. Nothing is wrong with the car. Rotate and balance was all it needed.
