Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Picked up the car and tires were not rotated even though I was charged. Paperwork filled out by technician stated tires were rotated and oil change. No longer trust them. Manager brushed me off and had no interest in hearing my concerns. Bought the car new there have had it serviced there since 2015 and will no longer return. They have lost a repeat customer for service and any future car purchases. More

I made an appointment online for an oil change and for some warranty work. We arrived at the dealership on time and were told it would be a 2.5 hour wait until my vehicle would be done. This service department obviously doesn't have a clue as to how to schedule maintenance. This was after a wait of an hour and a half last year when we left because they hadn't even put my vehicle on the rack! They completed the work in less than two hours. There were several items on the Multi-Point Inspection marked as low with no indication if they added fluid. The technician was not available for a consultation after the oil change so I will need to call them to find out what needs to be done. More

My appointment to replace my tires took over 4 hours while I waited. Everyone in the waiting room complained about long waits. I got a great deal when I bought my SUV and I've been loyal with bring it in for service at Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland Fl. I think people that wait for their repairs should get their work done faster. More

Jenkins got my Altima finished in a timely fashion. My only negative is when I pulled out of the garage today I noticed a couple spots of oil on the floor, apparently from when the oil was drained.
