Made an appointment for 1pm for a tire patch. There was no one ahead of me in my lane. Two cars in the left lane. was told it would take an hour. My car sat where I left it for an hour and wasn’t done for no one ahead of me in my lane. Two cars in the left lane. was told it would take an hour. They lie they don't keep their promise. They blame poor service on employees that are no longer there. I had an appointment for 10:40 for a simple oil change. It took over 2 hours. Well the three hour 20 minute wait for an oil change and tire rotation has seemed to be about normal for this dealer. The problem is that the if the tires were removed they were put back on the same wheels tire rotation has seemed to be about normal for this dealer. The problem is that the if the tires were removed they were put back on the same wheels because they were NOT rotated. The tire pressures were exactly the same when I left and when I came in. Another MAJOR issue is that they found a nail and supposedly broke the tire down to repair it from inside but when I inspected it there was a PLUG in the tire instead of an inside repair. When I got home my Son agreed that the tire wear was worse on the front compared to the back which was the way it went in. On the right rear where the plug was found there were 4 out of the 5 lugs that were only torqued to 40 Ft.lbs. More
