Never going back! The service department is terrible. After waiting for three and a half hours, I decided to ask about the progress of my car only to find out nothing had been done on it yet. They got two techs to work on it so I was there for another hour. The service was for a stop lamp recall, oil change, battery replacement for key fob, and oil change (which wasn't done) because I was informed my better tires were on the front and that I needed new tires. Nobody informed me about the progress about my car the whole time I was there. I had to ask about it. More

I was quite an hour and a half to two hours for an oil change. Four hours later I finally was able to leave. I would have preferred to pay more to go somewhere else if it wouldn’t have taken so long.
