Took weeks to get an appointment. We have been dealing with this dealership since since we purchased a brand new Altima their back in 2015. We left the Rouge their because we can’t sit their for three hou with this dealership since since we purchased a brand new Altima their back in 2015. We left the Rouge their because we can’t sit their for three hours... got the car back. Work was completed. Now the lock function has been altered. Lights do not flash or horn does not sound when locking or in locking. May be a simple fix but why would I want to go back up their to wait three hours for something to be fixed that was working just fine when we dropped the vehicle off.. over this place. The service has gotten worse and worse since 2015. More

It was not done right the first time and had to bring it back the same day not even 4 hours later. Although, they did it right that time it was a hassle.
