I visited Service department for malfunction of GPS and radio. I was told to update the software. After spending $285.00 on diagnosis and updated software and three visits same problem exists. I was quoted radio. I was told to update the software. After spending $285.00 on diagnosis and updated software and three visits same problem exists. I was quoted additional approx. $1900.00. I want my money back as the problem remained unsolved, If the radio needed replacement why It was not diagnosed to begin with. Not satisfied at all. More

This time I was treated right! Anthony was pleasant and he looked into everything I told him to check! He even checked the cigarette lighter which I had been told I would need to make a separate appointme he looked into everything I told him to check!
