headlight was burned out, I thought it was understood that they would replace both headlight sides since one could assume if one side burned out after 10 years, the other side was certain to follow very that they would replace both headlight sides since one could assume if one side burned out after 10 years, the other side was certain to follow very soon. That was not the case as under Service Advisor Robin they only tended to the one light which was burned out this was on 7/12. That is why my other headlight burned out this week and I couldve gotten a traffic ticket since I didnt realize at first. That is why I had to miss work on saturday to urgently drag my goddamned car into Jenkings on 7/24, so they could waste my time and take my bumper off a second time to fix the other light. Even If I didnt think of doing both lights which is what I thought I pitched Robin, how is she as the service advisor not coming back to me to recommend that, so that she can make your dealership more money at the time by selling the bulb. sales train much ? Issue corrected by Mark on 7/24 still not satisfied that nothing extra was done for me that urgent tune up Robin said I needed, but my longtime mechanic said could wait 2 oil change cycles probably isnt getting done there. I have a 2011 Nissan Altima. My next Nissan probably isnt coming from Jenkins. Ill head into Orlando for it if anything or Tampa etc I do love Nissans, most likely ill get another but this experience was garbage all around. you had me waiting 5 hours the first time bc you dont stock lights More

I have dropped my car off three times since April 30th for the same issue. I picked the car up two days ago and it is still doing the same thing.
