i went in for a oil change and a rotation for my car and paid for both only to find out the oil change was the only thing done. not to mention the countless time ive called about a piece of my car has been paid for both only to find out the oil change was the only thing done. not to mention the countless time ive called about a piece of my car has been missing since my first oil change there. ive tried replacing it only to be told it got lost. or it was being painted, and that was last year. havent heard a thing about it since. Customer service is not a priority. No one picks up the phone except the receptionist. Have to continually waste time following up for updates. Worst service department, customer service is not their strong area. Follow through, from the guy at the service desk to his boss Mario, terrible. Took my car in, dealt with Mark, told him the problem with strong area. Follow through, from the guy at the service desk to his boss Mario, terrible. Took my car in, dealt with Mark, told him the problem with my car, this is the 2nd time complaining about the noise when I turn the wheel. Few hours later I never heard back from mark so I call, they didn’t find anything wrong, I explained again the problem, after being told sometimes cars just make noises- I’ve been driving that car for 3 years, something is wrong with it. Mark said he’d have the mechanic look at it again, called me an hour later said the struts need to be replaced- imagine that when an hour before it was ok. There is more but it’s to much to type. As far as Mario, shirt version he said he would call me the following week to finalize getting my car fixed & getting me a loaner, that was 6 weeks ago- still haven’t heard from him. I called Nissan Thursday & made an appointment to get my car fixed, I’m tired of waiting. If anyone really reads these surveys, feel free to call me to discuss it& I’ll give you dates & times & the whole experience of getting my car fixed at Jenkins Nissan. More

Every time I go to the service department they always miss some thing this time they forgot to reset the computer or the warning that kept coming up about the oil change, last time they forgot to put all miss some thing this time they forgot to reset the computer or the warning that kept coming up about the oil change, last time they forgot to put all the tire caps which up to date they never put them back on after I told the service department, I think this will be the last time I service my vehicle at this Nissan. The only thing I feel they could improve on is the follow through on the status of customers vehicle. My car was there almost 2 business days & I had to call to get the status. Associates were all super fri through on the status of customers vehicle. My car was there almost 2 business days & I had to call to get the status. Associates were all super friendly but status updates on transportation is extremely important when you have to ask for rides & make arrangements on how to get from point A to B. More
