I had a very rough situation at a previous dealership, Daytona Nissan. When I got my car towed to Jenkins Nissan, they solved my issue. However, they were very disorganized. It did not seem like any of the staff knew what they were doing except for Robin -- she is awesome. Initially, I was told my car would be done on a Sunday or Monday. It became Monday and I still had not received a call. So I called the dealership to ask about the status of my vehicle. They claimed that they could not see the status of the vehicle because my service advisor, Robin was not there. When I got off the phone with them, they called back a couple of moments later and said that the vehicle was done. I told them I would pick it up the next day. The next day I went in the afternoon to pick it up. When I arrived, they asked my name and info and I told them. Then they spent several minutes trying to find my paperwork and my keys -- they could not find either. I do not understand how you can lose someone's paperwork and let alone their keys. I was already stressed from dealing with so many issues at Daytona Nissan, that I just had a seat while they sorted the mess. After about 15-20 minutes, they finally got Robin. Robin seems to be the only one who really knows how to find things and get things done. She asked the two young girls, "You cannot find her keys?" Then she went to look around. She came back 5-10 minutes later and said that the reason they cannot find my keys and paperwork was because my car was not done yet. She then said if you do not receive a call from ME, then do not believe it. Which I thought was weird because the service department should also have knowledge of customer's vehicles. I was very annoyed, as I live almost half an hour from the dealership. However, she did apologize. I asked when it would be done and she said by either Friday or Saturday. On Friday, she called and told me the car was done. On Saturday, I came around 5:30 only to discover that the service department was closed and yet again, I had to wait to get my car back. The employees there are just not very professional and do not seem to understand what is going on. Only the upper management seems to know what is going on. So, once again, I arrived all the way there for nothing. I came back the following day, Sunday, I made sure to arrive in the morning. I went to the service department, gave them my information, and yet again, they could not find my keys nor my paperwork. Robin was not there, so the girls were frantically running around to find the paperwork and my keys. The office was just so disorganized, to begin with. Finally, one of the girls located my keys and the other one had to reprint my paperwork because they LOST it. I paid and then they did not tell me where my car was. Usually, they would drive it up to you. So I had to go into the lot and search for it. When I got to it, there was pollen EVERYWHERE. It was a complete mess, so dirty because they parked it under a tree. There was even pollen inside the vehicle. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service of the service department and the way they treated my vehicle -- with it being so dirty. With my two experiences with these Nissan dealerships, I do not believe that I will repurchase another Nissan nor will I walk into another Nissan dealership. More

Specifically noted a warning light in my reservation request. Was told they don’t do that kind of work on Saturday. Was told they cleared code and thought that be be all that’s needed. Driving home, warning light still comes on. Also noted my 2nd key fob wasn’t working. Was told battery had been upside down and that it was fixed and working. Found out when I got home and went to use that one that the Key fob still doesn’t work. More
