This is literally the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Rahshon Clark, the general manager so unprofessional. They made repairs in my vehicle after I did not authorize them. Expected me to pay $400 and held my car “hostage” till I paid it. Prior to that, my car had the same issue it had prior to me paying $2,000 for a “refurbished” transmission. I’ve also asked Rahshon to set up an in person meeting with Brian Fivecoat and he has neglected to do that as well. Don’t waste time or money there Unless they get new staff starting with service dept and General manager. This place gets no stars from me. More

I am sorry to say but Jenkins Nissan has gone down hill. I have been using Jenkins Nissan for over 5 years and even purchased a brand new vehicle from them in July of 2020. Since then their customer service I have been using Jenkins Nissan for over 5 years and even purchased a brand new vehicle from them in July of 2020. Since then their customer service and attention to me as a customer has gone down hill. No one contacted me for my 1st oil change. I had to come into the dealership and ask about it. Even then the girl at the service counter acted like she could care less, and would rather have been somewhere else. When I did come in for my 8:00am appointment at 7:40am, I was told it would be a 90 minute (or more) wait time. That is crazy! I did not receive a sticker to note when my next oil change would be. (I see a pattern here), most be under new ownership or they really could care less. Hmmm, perhaps it is time to go else where with all of my business. More
