I had to chase after my Service Rep to get any information on my car. Prices on work seemed awfully high. I had a great experience getting my car serviced by Naca Rivera! He knew exactly what my car needed, how to get it fixed and got it done within 20 minutes! Sat at dealership for 3.5 hrs for oil change and check car for fast idling... NO excuse to make me wait like that and then blame it on covid!! Service was good and expedient, and the work was done when they promised. I did leave while the work was being performed. While off-site, I tried to call to verify the status of my vehicle, I called no when they promised. I did leave while the work was being performed. While off-site, I tried to call to verify the status of my vehicle, I called no less than three times, spoke with at least four different individuals, and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I never spoke with my service adviser, nobody else could help me, nor was anyone able to confirm the work on my vehicle was completed. When I returned to the dealership, my vehicle was ready and I mentioned my inability to get through on the phone to the service advisor, who apologized and left it at that... Also, when asked if my multipoint inspection was completed (I like to see how the rest of my vehicle looks), I was told they got oil on the form and was thrown out; however, my vehicle "was in good shape." I'm still not convinced the multipoint inspection was ever completed. All in all, one of the better service trips, and I would return if I needed to A suggestion for the dealership - please share with your staff that customer satisfaction begins when the phone rings. Otherwise, the service was completed and I am happy with the final product of the CVT service. More
