Jenkins Nissan - Service Center

My car has been so perfect since 2012. Had no major problems in my car for all these years. However now, my car had a problem and nothing is now good since Nissan worked on it. It just was expensive problems in my car for all these years. However now, my car had a problem and nothing is now good since Nissan worked on it. It just was expensive to pay for the work, but the work done did not get the car fixed correctly. And the car is still not fixed and they sent us to another mechanic shop. More

We have a small fleet of the NV200, commercial account. Having to return 2 to 3 times with in days for the same issue on Multiple vehicles not just one. Costly for our company as well as yours. Also, we have a bumper to bumper warranty, but are being advised now that many of the parts are not covered, most major items are covered...not what our sales rep. told us. Staff is friendly and professional. I gave only 2 stars but this is for our recent service. Our service in the past seemed to be much better. Thank you. More

Had to bring in my pathfinder for service repairs, and worked with Naca. Naca was super helpful and explained what was wrong in ways I could understand!
