My experience with the Service Dept., Robin Rockey in particular was very good. I arrived a little early but that didn't appear to be a problem. Good, but right before I was able to leave they had to take car back a check alignment again because of how specs looked. Service incomplete. Svc. Manager did not review report with me. This was my second visit to the service department. The first was unscheduled, so I thought it was just an inconvenient time. This time I scheduled the service in advance, even selecting the services I requested. I was treated as an inconvenience and the service was not completed. The service report indicated an issue, but I’ll never know because the service advisor obviously didn’t have the time for me. More
