My appointment was at 9:20 for my first oil change on my 2020 Nissan. After over an hour of waiting I asked how much longer it would be. I finally left there at a little before 11:00. we have used this deal 2020 Nissan. After over an hour of waiting I asked how much longer it would be. I finally left there at a little before 11:00. we have used this dealership service department for years and I've never waited this long for an oil change, especially with an appointment. Also not one employee was wearing a mask. Needless to say I was not real happy. The girl who checked me in was very nice and I'm sure they did a fine job changing my oil. I just was very surprised about no one wearing a mask and it taking so long just for an oil change. Not sure we will be back. More
Very informative when it came to detailing problem with transmission. Anacario informed me issue is covered under extended warranty which I am grateful since he said it would be $4500 out of pocket. The issue I had was that we just purchased the car at this dealership about a year ago, and they didn't have our tire in stock. The other issue was that the approximate price for the tire was $160 - $170, but when we had to make a second trip there to pick it up, the tire was actually $218. After labor and taxes, it was $248.
