I have been involved in customer service for over 35 years as a manager. My experience with Jenkins Nissan was the worst I’ve seen. They cost me $130 for something they broke. When I brought the car in for service I was told that the workers don’t wear masks or gloves and no disinfectant was going to be used in the cars after service. Furthermore, I was never notified of this at the time of the appointment booking, so I wasn’t able to prepare for this by bringing my own cleaning products. To make matters worse, employee at the check out desk was not wearing a mask either. Thank you so much for risking my life! You’ve successfully lost a customer. Great job Jenkins Nissan! Way to have a complete lack of concern for your customers’ safety! More
