The dealership didn't change the sticker in car when they supposedly changed my oil. Asked them to also rotate my tires, but because I declined the other services they didn't do it. Only complaint is I didn't see proper care regarding social distance. No mask, no handwash, no sanitizing desk after each customer. Too many people face to face. People in line closed to each other. Not one Employee wear mask. Please, please take care of your employees and customers. We have family and this is not a joke. Robin is the Only Good/excellent Customer Service Provider! Unfortunately I've had very bad experiences with the service team at this dealership. Once, I had to go back 3 times the same day to get my car proper Unfortunately I've had very bad experiences with the service team at this dealership. Once, I had to go back 3 times the same day to get my car properly put together. However, Robin has helped me the last two times I've been there and she has been great to work with. She listens to your concernes and puts them in the system not just disregard the information given to her. My advice to anyone coming to this delearship is to make sure that every issue or concern you have with your car is written down in their system as backup. Also, if you can choose who to work with, Robin is your person by far! More
