Efficient and accurate!! Made an appt online and when I showed up they were certainly ready to take my vehicle in. The service advisor gave me a time of 1:15 for the job to be Made an appt online and when I showed up they were certainly ready to take my vehicle in. The service advisor gave me a time of 1:15 for the job to be completed. He then (Steve) came back 45 min later with job already completed. He gave me a few recommendations for servicing in the future without pressure and I can appreciate it, that's why I'm always back. Way to go Jenkins Nissan. More

Very nice, fast and competent, but follow-thru lacking. I brought my Nissan Leaf in for a recall item and a battery check-up, They performed the service quickly and the Leaf man was very informative with t I brought my Nissan Leaf in for a recall item and a battery check-up, They performed the service quickly and the Leaf man was very informative with the questions I asked. The only issue I had was that I specifically asked that the car be charged when they called me to tell me the work was complete. I said I would pick the car up in a couple of hours. My car was not put on charge and I had to wait 45 min for the car to charge before I could home. More

They offer ample seating, and even have refreshments for patrons, along with crayons, and coloring sheets for children to use during the wait. Awesome experience! Staff is amazing, very friendly and efficient. My car needed a sensor replaced, I was out of there in 2 hrs and I didn't even have an appointment.
