Battery was replaced due to battery test load failure. Battery tie down left unsecured. Apparently, my Infiniti Q50 3.0t is missing one of the two tie downs but no effort was made by Jenkins service cente Battery tie down left unsecured. Apparently, my Infiniti Q50 3.0t is missing one of the two tie downs but no effort was made by Jenkins service center to secure battery. I would assume Jenkins service center would give me options, cost estimate, or safety issues of unsecured battery. Perhaps that this car is an Infiniti, they didn't have the parts to fix. The missing tie down is mentioned on the service check sheet but again no options were addressed to me. More

I had ok experience faster then usually but when I got back nothing was explained to about the car . And right I believe the should help us not only did I already spend 210.00 I had to call back and find back nothing was explained to about the car .
