I was charged more than I was supposed to be charged for my Balancing my tires on my car. I was told they could not refund the amount only could give me a credit for my next service. some good some bad. i had my oil changed and tires rotated no issues there,, but my full detail that was promised me the past 3 times i came there was finally done,, it i had my oil changed and tires rotated no issues there,, but my full detail that was promised me the past 3 times i came there was finally done,, it was horrible i showed the service guy as i paid my bill,, he didnt take care of me, vince took care of me when i checked in , but when i picked up car vince wasnt present,, and he walked out to find my car,, as we looked at it he saw that the detail wasnt up to par,, but didnt say what i should do,, so i left.. so yes the detail on my care was horrible!
