Poor organization I had to call to check on the car I brought in. My service advisor was not available so the person answering the phone put me on hold while he looked I had to call to check on the car I brought in. My service advisor was not available so the person answering the phone put me on hold while he looked for the paperwork. He returned after a wait and I was told the car was ready. He stated the cost.. I stated I would pick it up in that morning. I arrived about 11:00 and had to wait about 30 minutes for the service desk to find the paperwork and keys. The car was ready, no one else was at the service desk when I arrived. There were 2 ladies working the desk. The bill was not the same as the man had stated on the phone earlier the same morning. The whole experience made me know that I would never buy a Car from this dealership. More
