Great place to lease a car! This is a great dealer to Lease a vehicle and service is usually very good. However yesterday, February 6th was not the best day for service. Over 2 hour wait for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation with an appointment. After 2 hour wait had to go and ask the cashier where my car was and she had to go find my service agent (Angel) to find out car was finished and sitting in the pick up line. Not the best Customer Service in my opinion. More

David Cogel was mean loud and verbally abusive. He had me crying with the way he treated me. I always tell the truth and all my experiences have been 5 stars until him. Anthony told me #6 was misfiring. I asked if he took it and swapped with another to make sure, he said he did. Made an appt for oil change and tire rotation. Only did the oil change because of computer error and instead of fixing the issue told me I had to make another appt for tire rotation. This was a service visit for an oil change. My husband and I took my car in for a 5 o’clock appointment. After being greeted by one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever met, we were told it woul and I took my car in for a 5 o’clock appointment. After being greeted by one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever met, we were told it would be almost a 2 hours wait, even though I had an appointment. At one point my husband walked away to take a phone call leaving me with this stellar employee from xxxx who finished checking me in and having me sign any paperwork. Upon walking through the door into the lobby I quickly realized my husband was still outside so I quickly turned just in time to catch that same employee complaining and bad mouthing me to his coworker. Good times. This wasn’t even the worst part of my experience. Once my car was “finished” and my keys had been given back to me, we paid, walked out and got in. Once I took off I immediately felt a vibration from the gas pedal and a loud noise upon acceleration. Convinced something was wrong, I pulled over and had my husband test it out. He agreed there was an issue and we pulled into an empty parking lot where he popped the hood and found the intake just sitting in top of my engine. Not connected to anything. We turned around to head back to Nissan and I called to speak to a manager. I was on hold so long, we actually got back to Nissan before I ever got anyone on the phone. Thankfully Mike, manager had Frester (I believe that was his name) fix the issue and apologize. More
