Went to check on a tire warning! My Rouge is new, only 2,000 miles. I got a tire message saying to add air, so I took it to the dealer. I ended up with a bill for $281.16. I was t My Rouge is new, only 2,000 miles. I got a tire message saying to add air, so I took it to the dealer. I ended up with a bill for $281.16. I was told I needed a new tire and there was no discount even though it was new. I had to pay for oil change, filter, new tire, tire rotation and balancing. My sons are mechanics and they told me I was robed. Tires under 12,000 miles are under guaranty and the dealer gets a new one; no car needs an oil change at 2,000 miles and as no one showed me the tire I don’t even know if I really needed a new one. I was told all oil changes were $5 if I bought the car from your dealership but I was charged $44.90 More

Understanding my unique servicing realities Since my retirement, my driving has fallen to 150 miles a month, I don't fit into your suggested guidelines. At 150 miles a month, and the car not exhibiting any visible problems (and technical areas are not in my skill set) Sean addressed the items that needed attention. More
