unhappy I went in for an oil change which went fine however, I had stated that my transmission when it was shifted into a lower gear would sometimes stay in I went in for an oil change which went fine however, I had stated that my transmission when it was shifted into a lower gear would sometimes stay in that gear (such as 4th) the next time I attempted to shift into drive. In other words, it would come back out of 4th fine into other gears such as P, N, R, or lower gears but would not go back into D. So I told them I created a mechanical jig that sits in the gear slot so it could NOT be put into a lower gear. I also told them I did not want them to check it - was just getting some info for now. However, when I went to pick it up that evening, the jig was removed and guess what gear it had been shifted into and is now stuck(4th). I am not very happy. I was not ready to address this issue at this time and had a temporary patch that did the trick. Sean was my service contact who was personable, took the time to answer my questions, and as far as I know was not involved with this mishap, though there may have been a communication lapse as to what the customer wanted and did NOT want. Tim did the maintenance and I presume removed the jig and intentionally shifted it into 4th where it still remains when I go to shift it into D. Regards, Josh More

Work done on time Having air bags replaced , was told it would take about 2 hours , I waited at the dealership my car was done within the 2 hours. Very pleased. Service associate great, mechanic logging time Took car in for engine light. 1 hr later got update. Pointing to paperwork i was informed the the “jhbfinmax783hbc” code indicates the need to take m Took car in for engine light. 1 hr later got update. Pointing to paperwork i was informed the the “jhbfinmax783hbc” code indicates the need to take more steps to find the problem. Then 20 minutes the O2 sensor needs change. (On line shows loose gas cap or O2 sensor as most likely problem) I was sold an extended service warranty which should cover. The associate called and found that only the dealer that sold the car with 5 miles on it will honor the sensor. 4 or 5 other services ALL Fluid Changes commenced. 1 light bulb change, After 3 more hours i asked if some fluid was being airfreighted in from China. Lots of scurrying. Service manager came to explain how all the extra services take time , for example the differential take 1 hour to drain 12 quarts. Thought latter i should have said “you charge an hour ... it doesn’t take an hour” Ended with a patronizing pat on the arm. Things started to happen, service associate ran fluids from the cage to the car, i sat down,,, 15 minutes later car was done. 5.5 hours. Slow walking service because everyone knowing the chargeable hours does not make for happy customers or healthy work environment. Something to think about. More
