We had our car in for a manufacture replacement of transmission. We got a call at 4:30 on a Friday after 11 days in shop. When I picked it up it had bird poop all over it. Pollen and caked leaves transmission. We got a call at 4:30 on a Friday after 11 days in shop. When I picked it up it had bird poop all over it. Pollen and caked leaves in between the hood and windshield and it was green with pollen. Also had 2 skin marks on the driver side door that were not there when they received the car. We made sure the loaner car was clean inside and out when we brought it back and it was understood when we left it that ours would be clean when we picked it up. The car also smelled like mildew inside when we picked it up and it had leaked all around the sun roof. You are the ones who told us that the sun roof had to be kept blown out or it would leak. It had never leaked on the driver side just the passenger side. When we picked it up it had leaked on both sides. To say we are not happy would be the understatement of the year. More
