Recently scheduled the 1st oil change and tire rotation on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee which had 9000 miles at the time. My wife brought it in because I was out of town. They told her they had us down for on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee which had 9000 miles at the time. My wife brought it in because I was out of town. They told her they had us down for an oil change. When she reminded them we also wanted a tire rotation, they said it was a new car and not necessary. My wife said we wanted it done. They told her “I’ll put a question mark down and the mechanic will do it if he thinks it’s needed.”!!! I’m sorry but I get to decide what is done to MY vehicle. Not the mechanic. Guess what? They DIDNT DO THE TIRE ROTATION!!! Even though we asked no less than 4 times we wanted it done. Beyond that, they took over an hour longer than they said it would, the mechanic got grease on my leather interior, AND the service person commented how much he loved the massage feature, so apparently he thought it was ok to go into MY vehicle and play around?!?! Will NEVER go here for service again even though they are in Le Mars where I live. Will gladly drive the 1.5 to Sioux Falls to avoid this nonsense. More
This dealer has wonderful salesperson and financial services. From the minute we walked in the door they were great. The sales lady explained everything about our new suv and told us features we had on services. From the minute we walked in the door they were great. In short I brought my truck to Jensen three times because my truck lost all its antifreeze in a short amount of time and they were unable to fix my truck. These visits in total cost me over $400 with the thi my truck lost all its antifreeze in a short amount of time and they were unable to fix my truck. These visits in total cost me over $400 with the things that broke and the towing expense. I brought my truck in saying I lost all my antifreeze in a parking lot. After a two hour wait they said I was done. I asked them what they did but the mechanic wasn't available(maybe lunch?) Three days latter in a five block period my truck started making a noise and then over heated. It turns out the mechanic didn't do anything and didn't bother to tell me. So I towed it to them. The plugs, battery and possibly a head gasket broke how do I know? It was clearly written on the ticket that I possibly had a head gasket cracked and they didn't bother to check it. The third time I asked them to look up why I was losing antifreeze and check the head gasket. They did a pressure test but said they couldn't find a leak. I told them I don't have a leak. I said that all my antifreeze is lost in a short amount of time. I will not be going back a forth time. I rated customer service a 1 for lack of communication with me. After towing the truck setting up an appointment and letting them know three times my truck was there. They missed the appointment because they didn't know my truck was in the parking lot. Most people were great. The manager I heard swearing about my truck in the back ground over the phone. 1 star for price because my visits cost me over $400 for stuff that broke because they failed to fix the problem or inform me the problem persist.
