He takes the time to understand your needs and wants to do whatever is humanly possible to put you in the right car at the best pricing in the industry. Mike and the team at Haggerty stayed until mid-night to get the deal done, which was (3) hours after the dealership had closed. That's what I call going above and beyond, as Mike and the entire Haggerty team wouldn't rest until every last detail had been appropriately reviewed. Fast and Professional Contacted Joe via email after seeing the car we wanted on USAA.com. We arrived early and Michael Haggerty introduced himself, showed us the car, set i Contacted Joe via email after seeing the car we wanted on USAA.com. We arrived early and Michael Haggerty introduced himself, showed us the car, set it up for a test drive and away we went. Drove the car about an hour and when we returned Joe was there. In about 45 minutes we were able to close the deal and drive home with our new 2014 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Great car and great dealership. I would definitely buy a car from them again. More

We added an extended warranty. I was led to believe that the warranty was 3 yrs 36k miles from the end of the factory cpo warranty period. It was not and went into effect from the date / milage at time of purchase so I received significantly less coverage than I expected. Not only that, the fidelity plan they peddle is garbage and nearly impossible to make a claim against. It was sold as the same bumper to bumper coverage as the cpo warranty but it is not. The car buying experience was fine but I feel their inferior extended warranty plan was misrepresentated by the finance man at the time of purchase. Buyer Beware. More
