This is the second Vehicle we have purchased from Jerry Hunt in the last two months. As with the first experience the buying process was easy and our sales person Anthony Campa was friendly and helpful dur Hunt in the last two months. The woman that helped with our paperwork was outstanding.. What we did learn is the second we left the lot, Jerry Hunt did not feel we were their problem anymore. I bought a 2017 Ford F350 Diesel Dual rear wheel drive. I noticed it had a gooseneck Ball hitch but no safety chain hooks. It appeared as if they put a new drop in bedliner in, cut a hole for the ball hitch but removed the safety chain hooks and did not put them back in. I asked Anthony about this and he said there were no notes about a bedliner being added. I wrote this up as someone doing something not to bright and took the truck knowing I would have to add the hooks myself. When i got home it was not making sense to me so I looked at the pictures on their website of the truck. It was shown without the beliner and with the safety chain hooks attached. My feeling was right and it was obvious now they installed the bedliner and did not replace the hooks. I text Anthony the issue and he did not respond. The next day i called twice and he finally left me a message saying there were no notes in the computer. I called back leaving him a message and got no response. The problem was shared with the general manager who had said Anthony would call me the next day and someone would go to the shop and look for them. I am still waiting for that call back 4 days later. I called back again yesterday and asked for a manager and was put on hold twice and the person answering the phone told me no one was picking up. I then told her the situation and she told me she was going to service to give them my information and I have heard from no one. So I just ordered safety chain hooks on my dime. So if you go to Jerry Hunt just realize they are just another used car dealership. Extremely friendly until the sale is complete. I know this does not seem like a huge issue but I was told something false and then they wouldn't even send someone to the shop to look for the hooks or make it right. More
