Drove a long distance to pick up a utility truck. It had a certified sticker on the window but no inspection had been done. Air conditioner did not blow cold, tire wouldn’t hold air in front and was out of a certified sticker on the window but no inspection had been done. They put air in the tire but by the time we got it back home and tried to get it fixed there was a nail in it too close to the edge to be patched and had to replace it. They did repair everything on the spot including the front end alignment so they seem to be solid people but the truck was definitely never inspected. I think they’re honest enough to buy from and would buy from them again. More

So if you want to know about my experience yesterday, then I’ll tell you. The evening before I came into your dealership, I was give an appraisal of $17k for my truck without anyone looking at it. The next day when I actually walk into the dealership I’m offered $16,500. Then after knowing that I have excellent credit I was offered a 7.85 interest rate. I’ve never seen a dealership not come off 1 penny of what they have the price listed at. After I left your salesman Ben had the nerve to text me & say that I don’t understand the process. That was a complete insult to me. I’ve bought, sold, & traded with dealerships at least 8 times. I believe if anyone understands the process it’s me. I know that I was trying to be taken and I don’t appreciate that. I didn’t give you all an opportunity to try and meet my budget because I was insulted by the numbers that was put in front of me the first time. I waisted 4 hours of driving time thinking your dealership would be good to deal with, hence the reviews that I’ve seen. I’m not sure where those reviews come from but in my experience I wouldn’t rate your dealership with even 1 star. Hope that was informative enough on my experience. More
