Bought a 2014 Nissan 370z from Logan. Experience was great! The car just came in but they still made room for me to test drive the day I wanted to. Car was a bit dirty and had cosmetic issues but the de great! The car just came in but they still made room for me to test drive the day I wanted to. Car was a bit dirty and had cosmetic issues but the dealership told me they’d fix it all and repaint the car and even throw on a new set of tires and an oil change. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to shop safely but might not find what they want in traditional Nissan, Toyota etc dealerships. These people do right by customers and you can tell your time and money is appreciated and cared about. More

After reading some of the reviews when I got back home I realized that I am not the only one this has happened to. It has happened to a lot of people so BUYER'S BEWARE and do your research. Thankfully, I d realized that I am not the only one this has happened to. It has happened to a lot of people so BUYER'S BEWARE and do your research. Thankfully, I did or they would have really ripped us off. 1st let me start by saying that KBB has my cars value at between $19,486 to $22,844 with a trade in value at $21,227. NADA value is even higher. I had a fender bender so of course my car has a diminished value. It was repaired and is in excellent condition. With the diminished value Carmax offered $17,400. Carvana 16,043. I also know that I can get a loan at the credit union at 3.95%. I have good credit. I told the salesman that I didn't want to finance the loan at the dealership because I was getting a loan at the credit union. He said we can get you a much better rate than 3.95% I asked are you sure? I don't want my credit checked if you cant beat 3.95%. He said even if we cant beat it we can match it. So after what seamed like an hour he comes back and says congratulations your approved. Like I said I have good credit I knew I would be approved. Interest rate of 4.95%. what happened to beating or matching 3.95% and a trade in value on my car $ 11,500. It's funny because they asked me what I owed on it which is $ 10,500 and they offer me 11,500. I said this is a joke and showed him Carmax's offer of $17,400 and Carvana's offer of $16,043 and KBB value done by my vin #. I said this is a joke we are done here and headed for the door. We get 3/4 of the way out of the parking lot and the salesman calls on my cell and says we can give you $12,000 on your car but that's it because the transmission is slipping between 1st and 2nd gear. THAT IS A LIE! My car has 61,000 miles on it. I have a 100,000 mile power train warranty from the manufacturer if my transmission was slipping I surely would have it fixed. Also, the guy that test drove my car put the trunk down manually without pressing the automatic button, which left it open. If he doesn't even know how to shut a hatch properly, should he be the one checking cars for trade in value? Since we left the dealership we have been contacted by text, phone calls and postal mail over and over again. We have even been contacted by the GM Aaron McAbee twice. Asking what they could do to earn our business. I have sent a copy of this review back to them 4 different times via text and email and my husband spoke with a lady that called his cell. I also sent a copy of this review to GM Aaron McAbee twice by text and email after he contacted me asking what they could do to earn my business. I have not received a response from anyone at any time to any of my 6 replies. I am now at the point of stop texting me and emailing me. How can you earn my business if you clutter my email, text messages and mail box with mail stating you want my business but you don't want to return a response to any of my 6 replies. Needless to say my car and my $ 50,000 will be buying a truck elsewhere. What a waste of time!!! More
