They helped me out with a car that I owed on for 2 more years. That also, had a bad cylinder. Seen the Buick Verano online and did research, turns out to be a good car. The finance department can’t seem to send the correct car info to my bank! Twice they have sent the incorrect information!!! My tags are incorrect as well!!! I can never get straight answers when I call or t info to my bank! Twice they have sent the incorrect information!!! My tags are incorrect as well!!! I can never get straight answers when I call or text. The initial contact was great but since they have screwed up the loan documents not once but twice it is hard to get answers and it doesn’t seem to matter to JH! I can’t get correct tags either because my bank doesn’t have the correct auto info to apply for the registration!!! I am beyond upset and may cancel the loan and drop the vehicle off and tell JH they can have it back!! Beware and check all info on the contracts against info on the vehicle!!! More
