Purchased 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and it had only 1 key /fob to operate the vehicle. Salesman said only 1 available and 2nd could be bought at my expense. I purchased second one for $149, although 1 key /fob to operate the vehicle. Salesman said only 1 available and 2nd could be bought at my expense. Jeff Wasson was a very professional salesman who let the truck do the talking. My husband test drove a very nice 2018 Chevy Silverado and fell in love. I found the car online...I live in Virginia...and sent an email to see it the car was still available. Tiffany Tarr contacted me, kept me well informed and answered my questions. Upon arriving, she had asked Jordan Sadler to assist me. Jordan came and introduced herself right when I got there and she was great to work with. The process went well. What was really appreciated is that they drove the car all the way to Virginia to deliver it at my home...no charge! What great service. If I lived in North Carolina, Jerry Hunt Supercenter would be my choice for both sales and service. The only reason the price was noted as "good" is that it was in line with other prices I saw and in line with the KBB value. Also, "quality of work" was not checked as I did not have service completed although the car was detailed very nicely. More
